REGISTRATION
Can I register more than one person at a time?
Yes, you can sign up to 10 people at once – in fact, we encourage it! We have a bulk ticket price discount. Purchase three tickets and each additional ticket is 50 percent off. Tickets must be purchased by the same company at the same time of checkout. (Only available for "Regular Bird" tickets.) Contact info@cetexperience.com for discount assistance.
I'm not attending the conference. Can I register other people from my office?
Yes, please provide a valid email address for the person(s) you are registering and provide their RSVP information (Airport Shuttle, Poolside Welcome and Wild West Party).
Please note, you may not receive a copy of your receipt if you are not an attendee. Please contact info@cetexperience.com if you need a receipt.
What if I register but I am unable to attend the conference?
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds to those who cannot attend the conference. However, you can transfer your registration to another person at your company. Contact info@cetexperience.com for assistance.
What tickets are available?
In-Person Ticket
Full access to the CET Experience including a Poolside Welcome, live breakout sessions, Q&As, keynotes, CET Awards ceremony, giveaways and more! Does not include workshops. An in-person ticket also provides digital access to pre-recorded breakout sessions. Please note, Q&A style breakouts are not offered as a recording.
On-Demand Ticket
Enjoy CET Experience at your own pace by watching pre-recorded breakout sessions following the conference. The on-demand ticket does not include access to the live conference, Q&A style breakouts or optional workshops.
A la carte Workshops
On Monday, October 9 we are offering an optional day of a la carte workshops. Each two-hour workshop is $75. You can add up to three workshops to your CET Experience ticket for extra hands-on learning. Workshops require pre-registration and can be added during registration.
Workshops have limited seats available and are first come-first served.
What’s included in my ticket?
An in-person ticket includes full access to CET Experience including a Poolside Welcome, live breakout sessions, keynotes, CET Awards ceremony, giveaways and more! In-person tickets also make your company eligible to receive a free one-year CET Commercial Interiors license to allocate to a new user for a whole year.
Extensions not included. Limit of one free license per business for new users only. Manufacturers and partner reps excluded. Attendee must complete post-conference survey to qualify. Qualifying attendees will be contacted post-conference.
Included Meals:
Oct 9: Workshop Lunch (must attend at least one workshop and RSVP “yes” for workshop lunch during registration) and Poolside Welcome will include drinks and appetizers
Oct 10: Light Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Beverages, Dinner and Drinks (only if RSVP “yes” for Wild West Party)

Airport Shuttle on October 11 – please RSVP “yes” during registration. Airport shuttle leaves promptly at 3:30pm MST.
Travel and lodging are not included in the conference ticket price. We do, however, have a room block available at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess (our conference venue). Click here to book a hotel room for the conference at the special event rate.
Is there a room block available?
Yes, we have a room block with the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.
Here’s the big news: Directly before and following CET Experience, you can extend your trip up to three additional days at the same rate (The room block discount is valid October 6-14, 2023)
To qualify for the room block discount, all hotel reservations must be made by September 8, 2023.
SESSIONS AND EVENTS
Will breakout sessions be recorded?
Most breakout sessions will be pre-recorded and available for viewing post conference.
Q&A style breakout sessions will not be available as a recording.
To check if a breakout session will be available, look for a “recordings” tag in the session details or filter our schedule by session type > recordings.
What are workshops?

Lunch Workshops: 10:30am-12:30pm MST
Afternoon Workshops: 1:30pm-3:30pm MST
Workshops allow you to follow along in CET, Spec, Twinmotion or CET Developer. These require you to bring a laptop.

October 10-11 will follow our standard conference schedule with breakout sessions, keynotes and networking events.
Do I need to pre-register or pay for breakout sessions?
No, breakout sessions (1 hour or 45 min sessions on October 10-11) do not require pre-registration. Attend the sessions that best fit your industry, interests and learning goals. Most sessions repeat—if a room is full feel free to go to another breakout session and come back to that session at a different time.
Breakout sessions are included in your ticket price. Breakout sessions recordings (pre-recorded) will be available to in-person and on-demand tickets shortly after the conference ends. We will send out an email once they are available. Q&A style breakout sessions will not be recorded.
What do I need to register for?
Once you complete the online registration form, we do not require any additional registration for breakout sessions.
Can I plan my schedule ahead of time?
Yes, and we encourage it so you get the most out of your experience! Plan your learning sessions in advance by logging into the CET Experience website and creating your schedule by “starring” your favorite sessions. You can reference your favorites during the conference by filtering the schedule to “my interests” on our conference website or app.
Favoriting a breakout session does not reserve a seat to that breakout session. Breakout sessions are first come first served. Most sessions repeat—if a room is full feel free to go to another breakout session and come back to that session at a different time.
I want to share information I learned with my co-workers. Will information be available after the event?
All in-person tickets will have access to breakout session recordings to re-watch your favorite sessions or sessions you missed. If a co-worker didn’t attend in-person, they can purchase an On-Demand ticket ($150) for access to breakout session recordings (pre-recorded). Q&A style sessions will not be recorded.
Is there an airport shuttle?
Yes! We have an airport shuttle leaving CET Experience after our last breakout session at 3:30pm MST. Please RSVP for the airport shuttle during registration to be included on the shuttle list.
You are responsible for all other transportation to and from the venue/airport.
Wild West Party? What’s that?
When CET Experience is in-person, we host a themed dinner party to help everyone unwind and get to know their fellow attendees. A full dinner and drinks will be provided. This is included in your ticket price but does require an RSVP during registration.
Costumes are not required but highly encouraged (we will give away prizes to the best dressed!)
CEUs
What sessions qualify for CEUs?
To determine if your breakout session qualifies, please check the breakout session tags in session details, or filter the schedule by the CEU tag. You are responsible for self-reporting your CEU Sessions to IDCEC.

How does collecting CEUs work?
You are responsible for self-reporting your CEU Sessions to IDCEC. Make sure to download the IDCEC App. At the end of each breakout session, you will be able to scan a QR Code to log your CEUs. Please note that the QR Codes are only valid until 5pm MST each day of the conference, so make sure to scan each code right after the session.
How do I use the scanning feature to report my attendance?
The IDCEC app can be used for all in-person conferences and courses. All you need is your IDCEC number and password. The IDCEC app will allow users to scan their attendance at a CEU event with a click of a button. Your attendance is reported for you immediately. It also gives you the control to manage your credits efficiently.

How long do I have before the QR Code expires?
The QR code is valid until 5pm MST each day of the conference. This expiration is programmed so that learners cannot take a picture of the QR code and share with others or scan it later.

TECHNICAL
What do I need to bring to the conference?
If you are attending one of our a la carte workshops on October 9, please bring your laptop.
Consider bringing a laptop or notebook to take notes and follow along during learning sessions. We also recommend you bring business cards to share when networking and a list of questions to ask our presenters to get the most out of your conference experience.
If you’re attending our Wild West Party, costumes are not required, but highly encouraged, partner!
Is there an event app?
Yes! Our event app is a convenient way to reference our schedule content, speaker bios and venue map and message with fellow attendees.

When and where will recordings be available?
Breakout sessions recordings (pre-recorded) will be available to in-person and on-demand tickets shortly after the conference ends.
Each recording will be available under its respective session on the schedule page of our conference website.
How long will I be able to view recordings?
Breakout session recordings will be available up to three years after the conference.
CET AWARDS
How do I enter the CET Awards?
The CET Awards are open for submissions and are free to enter. To enter, fill out the form on the Awards page at configura.com/awards.
What is the deadline to enter?
Submit your entries by Friday, September 1, 2023, 11:59pm EDT.
Do I need to attend CET Experience to enter the CET Awards?
No. The CET Awards are open to anyone who uses CET regularly to do their day-to-day work.
I entered the CET Awards. How do I know if I won?
The winners will be announced at the CET Awards ceremony at the CET Experience on October 11 and contacted individually shortly after. Winners do not need to be at the conference in-person to claim their award.
